Sales Assistant – Full Time
We are looking for a professional, experienced and enthusiastic sales assistant to work alongside one of our market-leading agents. Your day to day duties would include the following;
- Calendar and email management
- Oversee and manage workflow for all property campaigns
- Pre-lists and proposals
- Manage property styling, photoshoots, coordination of trades for any pre-sale minor improvements
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and any other stakeholders
- Open home coordination and attendance
- Coordination of internal and external meetings including agendas, minutes, presentations and reports
- Database Management
- Business and personal administration and errands
We would prefer previous Real Estate industry experience, and own car and certificate of registration is essential for this role. It is a Monday-Saturday role with one day off during the week.
Sales Associate – Full Time

- Support and report to a high performing agent
- Prepare for & conduct open homes and Auctions
- Buyer callbacks & manage appointments
- Prospecting to generate new leads
- Attend sales meetings & training

We would prefer previous Real Estate industry experience, and own car and certificate of registration is essential for this role. It is a Monday-Saturday role with one day off during the week.
Leasing/Property Officer (Hornsby) – Full Time
Due to continued growth within our Hornsby office, we require an enthusiastic leasing/property officer to join our highly experienced Property Management team. We are preferably looking for someone that has at least 12 months experience in a similar role.
Your day to day duties will include;
- Manage all Tenant enquiry via web, phone, email and walk-ins
- Conduct Open for inspections mid-week and Saturday’s
- Qualify prospective Tenants and match with properties as they become listed
- Follow up prospective Tenants on database
- Processing of Tenancy Applications
- Prepare marketing and advertisements for available rental
- Arrange professional photography for rental listings
- Arrange For Lease Signs and Leased stickers
- E-marketing and newsletters
- Conduct New Tenancy Sign ups when required
