Sales Assistant – Full Time

We are looking for a professional, experienced and enthusiastic sales assistant to work alongside one of our market-leading agents. Your day to day duties would include the following;

  • Calendar and email management
  • Oversee and manage workflow for all property campaigns
  • Pre-lists and proposals
  • Manage property styling, photoshoots, coordination of trades for any pre-sale minor improvements
  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and any other stakeholders
  • Open home coordination and attendance
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings including agendas, minutes, presentations and reports
  • Database Management
  • Business and personal administration and errands

We would prefer previous Real Estate industry experience, and own car and certificate of registration is essential for this role. It is a Monday-Saturday role with one day off during the week.

Sales Associate – Full Time

If you want to work within an energetic and passionate team, alongside an area leading agent, with great growth potential, we want to hear from you. This role will include;

  • Support and report to a high performing agent
  • Prepare for & conduct open homes and Auctions
  • Buyer callbacks & manage appointments
  • Prospecting to generate new leads
  • Attend sales meetings & training
  • Create vendor reports
  • Diary management & ad hoc tasks

We would prefer previous Real Estate industry experience, and own car and certificate of registration is essential for this role. It is a Monday-Saturday role with one day off during the week.

Leasing/Property Officer (Hornsby) – Full Time

Due to continued growth within our Hornsby office, we require an enthusiastic leasing/property officer to join our highly experienced Property Management team. We are preferably looking for someone that has at least 12 months experience in a similar role.

Your day to day duties will include;

  • Manage all Tenant enquiry via web, phone, email and walk-ins
  • Conduct Open for inspections mid-week and Saturday’s
  • Qualify prospective Tenants and match with properties as they become listed
  • Follow up prospective Tenants on database
  • Processing of Tenancy Applications
  • Prepare marketing and advertisements for available rental
  • Arrange professional photography for rental listings
  • Arrange For Lease Signs and Leased stickers
  • E-marketing and newsletters
  • Conduct New Tenancy Sign ups when required

We would prefer previous Real Estate industry experience. Own car and certificate of registration is essential for this role. It is a Monday-Saturday role with one day off during the week.
