Experienced Chinese Agent Joins Record-Breaking Team in Roseville

By Laura Essert

Dynamic real estate agent Nicole Zeng joins the Upper North Shore’s highest selling agency Ray White, as a member of Lisa Davies record-breaking team in Roseville.

Born in China and moving to the North Shore in 2007, Nicole is fluent in Mandarin and has a deep connection with Asian culture that allows her to assist clients when navigating the property market.

Chairman’s Elite performer (top 1% of the Ray White Group) Lisa Davies is delighted to bring Nicole onto her team, as China reopened its borders last week, allowing residents and property investors back to Australia for the first time in three years.

“Australia remains top of the international wishlist for Chinese buyers so with China reopening its borders this week the Upper North Shore property market will see a boost in the first quarter of 2023. I am excited to have Nicole on board as her energy, empathy and communication skills are critical in providing a seamless experience for sellers and buyers in this market.

“As a North Shore local, Nicole has established long-term relationships with clients, which is a testament to her professionalism and integrity. We are delighted to have Nicole with us at Ray White Upper North Shore, and excited to share her experience with our community,” said Lisa Davies.

Nicole Zeng, Licensed Real Estate Agent, will be based in Ray White Upper North Shore’s Roseville office at 39 Hill St, Roseville NSW 2069.

Ray White Upper North Shore is comprised of 5 offices with over 70 staff and is the highest selling agency on the Upper North Shore and Ray White’s #1 business internationally.
