MORE than 1200 Ray White New South Wales | ACT members came together last night at the International Convention Centre Sydney to celebrate the achievements of the past year at the leading network’s annual awards.
Ray White New South Wales | ACT CEO Tim Snell noted that 2023-24 was a year of huge growth for the leading group.
“We lead from the top, selling more homes in every price bracket than any other competitor. We sell 11 per cent of all homes for less than $1 million. We sell 17 per cent of all homes over $5 million. Our relevance to all markets is the rising tide that lifts all boats,” Mr Snell said.
“Momentum is something so difficult to create and capture. So challenging to maintain. Our reputation in the market is recognised not just by our attractiveness to vendors and buyers, but to talent in industry as well.
“Our network is our power. Our footprint can not be matched. But our power can only be harnessed with collaboration and unity. NurtureCloud represents our true super power. We average more than 180,000 calls per month to our communities.
“We have the ability to identify one in three sellers coming to market before we even pick up the phone. With the connectivity now to buyers and sellers, no tool is moving the needle faster.
“As we grow in size, we can not forget the steps that made us successful in the first place. Our value to each client simply cannot be overlooked. While we chase performance, we cannot become transactional, we must remain personal – understanding that a business of longevity is produced by the reputation of each of us.”
Mr Snell also announced that the group had signed a three year sponsorship deal with the Sydney Swans AFL team as their High Performance Partners.

The CEO’s Cup was awarded to Daniel Kelly of Ray White Yamba | Maclean.
This coveted award is given each year to an individual who has made a significant contribution to the Ray White Group in New South Wales & ACT. It’s an award that recognises consistency, discipline and courage. This year’s award winner certainly epitomises these traits.
Dan Kelly is a second generation business owner. “Real estate was always in his blood. Watching his father build a powerhouse business with a clear vision of marketplace dominance. Dan watched and learned from the success of his father as a leader, a mentor and an auctioneer,” Mr Snell said.
“Nearly 20 years ago, this baby-faced 18 year old decided to give sales a crack and he never looked back. His father Jim reckoned nobody found rejection so frequently but swore he’s never seen somebody more determined and relentless to make it work. He never gave up.
“Since then, his career has been a linear trajectory. From his first sale to now growing one of the most enviable regional businesses this network has ever seen.
“Dan sells one in two homes in the suburb that he calls home and still finds the time to act as one of the industry mentors and leaders across his business and the greater industry. Nobody gives more of their time for the betterment of others.
“In his graduation speech, while all his peers shared their dreams of buying cars and travelling overseas – this bloke proudly proclaimed: I’m going to be a millionaire one day and I’m just the boy to do it!”
“He is a Ray White man through and through. A family man, not just to his beautiful wife Courtney but to his son Hunter.”
On receiving the award, Mr Kelly said it was a truly very special moment for him. “I have often said to people who ask about what is so special about the Ray White Group – and that after nearly 20 years it never ceases to amaze me – is the level of attention that I can get as Daniel Kelly from a little town in northern NSW. From the corporate team to the family, it’s astounding and it speaks volumes about our group,” he said.
“It’s always been my pleasure to give back to new people in our group to those who have aspirations to progress their careers, it is a truly humbling experience for me and I am happy to help.” Daniel Kelly also won Top Regional Principal – Settled Commission.
