Ray White’s top office expands to Pennant Hills

By Laura Essert

L-R: Dion Verzeletti, Nathan Leuzzi, Charles Caravousanos and David Walker.

Headed by top agent David Walker and operations strategist Charles Caravousanos, Ray White Upper North Shore’s expansion will merge the Ray White Pennant Hills team including outgoing business owners Dion Verzeletti and Nathan Leuzzi who will be staying on as key sales agents.

The movement of buyers between the Upper North Shore suburbs and the Pennant Hills area meant the move was a natural progression for the leading group.

“The Upper North Shore, Pennant Hills and Hornsby markets complement each other,” Mr Walker said.

“Over the past few years, the movement of buyers between these areas has accelerated so we’re finding that many of our buyers are coming from these suburbs into the Upper North Shore market.

“It’s an emerging market with a lot of growth and is an extension of the Upper North Shore.

“The area has all the same factors that appeal to buyers looking in our current market, including prestigious schools, a family friendly community and after the pandemic, the distance from the city no longer impacts people.”

With the expansion of Ray White’s top business, Mr Caravousanos said their goal is to help grow the Pennant Hills office into the number one in the area, continuing to cement themselves in the market.

“It will still be the same familiar faces working in the Pennant Hills area but with the backing of Ray White Upper North Shore so the team can spend more time working with their clients along with having access to more technology, training and support,” he said.

“We will be offering all our resources and support to help the team step up and take the business to the next level. This includes our world-class training and staff development programs that we offer to agents and associates.

“We really respect the business Dion and Nathan have grown with a team of high performing agents. There’s a long history of our businesses working together so we are strengthening that relationship and are excited to be working with the whole team closely.”

By coming under the Ray White Upper North Shore umbrella, Dion and Nathan said they will have greater support and resources to be able to give back to their market.

“The support from the Ray White Upper North Shore group will allow our focus to be 100 per cent on listing and selling while maintaining our number one status in the 2120 postcode,” they said.

“We are excited to have the additional reach as agents allowing our customers to benefit from even more support, technology and the largest buyer database in the region reaching throughout the Upper North Shore and its six offices.”

Ray White NSW | ACT CEO Tim Snell congratulated the team on their expansion.

“Dion and Nathan have been a valuable assets to the Ray White New South Wales network for their whole careers,” he said.

“Their roles as leaders in their offices and their communities exemplifies the values of the Ray White Group. We are delighted to support their ambitions in the next stage of their careers with a full time focus on servicing their clients.

“This next step for David and Charles represents an exciting extension of the Ray White Upper North Shore’s core territory. The energy and ongoing commitment to growth both of these leaders display acts as an inspiration of what is possible with the right team behind them.”
