Sales Associates to High Performing Real Estate Agents

We are looking for multiple, motivated and driven Sales Associates to join our award-winning team. You will be working alongside high performing agents within fast paced offices in St Ives or Wahroonga.

Your day to day duties will include;

  • Support and report to a high performing agent
  • Prepare for & conduct open homes
  • Buyer call backs & manage appointments
  • Buyer database management
  • Prospecting to generate new leads – cold calling / door knocking
  • Assisting with agent database management
  • Data entry in to CRM
  • Attend sales meetings & training
  • Create vendor reports
  • Diary management & ad hoc tasks
  • Attending auctions
  • Depending on team/agent structure, some administrative duties will be required

Requirements:

  • Preferably 12 months experience in a real estate or sales role
  • Certificate of Registration
  • Vehicle
  • An understanding of the real estate sales process and legislation
  • Excellent communications skills – both verbal and written
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • The ability to manage and complete high volumes of work

It is a Monday-Saturday role with one day off during the week.
