Navigating the rental market can be a daunting task, whether you’re a first-time renter or an experienced tenant. To simplify this process, we’ve partnered with Snug, an online application system, so you can find and rent your next home faster.

How to complete your rental application?

To apply to lease/rent any property with Ray White Upper North Shore, please visit https://app.snug.com/apply/raywhiteuppernorthshore

If you already have an account with Snug, log in. If you don’t have an account with Snug, create an account. Create your profile by adding your address history, adding income/employment and complete an optional background check. You will receive application status updates as your application is submitted and reviewed.

You’ll be notified when we have received your application and once we’ve reviewed it, we will be in touch to let you know if your application was successful.

What should be included in your rental application?

• Identification – two forms of identification are required including a driver’s license/photo card or passport and a Medicare card, energy bill, or a bank statement with your name on it.
• Proof of income – three recent pay slips, or an updated income statement and bank statement.
• Rental history – you can provide a summary of your past rental payment history or ledger.
• References – you can provide reference letters from employees, past landlords or real estate agencies to prove you are a trustworthy and respectful tenant. If you have a pet provide past references regarding any animals.
