Meet the team – Kathy Pappas

Kathy Pappas is our incredibly friendly and capable St Ives Office Administrator, read on to find out Kathy’s favourite local spots and why our agents can’t live without her…
  •  Why did you get into real estate?
In 2012, I started as the Saturday admin while I was studying. I loved helping the agents with their properties and the process up of bringing a home to the market so much that I decided to stay!
  • What is your favourite part of the job?
Dealing with all the quirky agents and their interesting personalities, and helping some of them use a computer (they will remain nameless!)
  • Any particular sale that stands out to you?
11 Waipori Street, St Ives, a beautiful family home sold by James Levy and David Beveridge
  • Where do you buy your lunch, get your coffee, have a drink after work?
Lunch – Chargrill Charlie’s at St Ives is delicious and just around the corner from our office. Coffee – Stanley Street Cafe St Ives, perfect Allpress coffee. For a drink after work or catch up with friends, I love Kipling’s at Turramurra.
  • What do you love about the local area?
St Ives is central to everything – the city, northern beaches, Macquarie Centre. The community is very friendly; once you move into St Ives you never want to leave!
