Ray White New South Wales | Australian Capital Territory Awards 2025

By Sarah Bell

The 2024/25 financial year saw personal bests, continued growth and consistent excellence across the Ray White New South Wales | ACT network. That excellence was recognised in celebration with more than 1,200 members (and a flash mob) at the Annual Awards night at Sydney’s International Convention Centre on Thursday.

Ray White Upper North Shore and Northern Beaches was awarded the No.1 Business – Settled Commission for the fourth consecutive year, capping off its best year of growth to date, as it took the helm of four new offices on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Charles Caravousanos, director and general manager of Ray White Upper North Shore and Northern Beaches, said to win awards with consistency was a “whole new level. When you win it for the first time, you feel ecstatic, but this was something special,” Mr Caravousanos said. “We have staff that believe in our business, particularly new members, and with the loyalty of current staff, this creates success.“We had the whole team unite behind this award.” Mr Caravousanos said receiving the top award for this category was “extra exciting. We lead by culture – we are less about the sales and more about the culture within our team.”

Ray White New South Wales | ACT CEO Tim Snell said the achievements of the network would not be possible without the collective support the members received not only from their colleagues, but from family and friends as well. “We know that none of these journeys happen alone,” Mr Snell said. “They are backed by our partners, children, mentors and friends – all of which give us the support and courage to be our best. Whilst they may not be recognised on stage tonight, we all recognise the significant roles they play in our successes and trials. We’re a company built on a rich history, and we can draw inspiration from our past to be our guiding light for our future.”
