Ray White Upper North Shore Celebrates Award Wins

By Laura Essert

More than 1100 Ray White New South Wales | ACT members came together on Thursday 7th September at the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) to celebrate the achievements of the past year at the leading network’s annual awards.

Ray White New South Wales | ACT CEO Tim Snell noted that 2022-23 was a year of huge growth.

“During the past 12 months, through our combined effort, we have further increased our market dominance. Ray White is committed to growth. Our greatest achievements were bold decisions made by courageous leaders. Together, we celebrate the way that we challenge and push each other,” Mr Snell said.

“Our values, hard work, losses and triumphs define us. We learn along the way, our unity in times of adversity sets us apart.

“Market share is our measure of success. Our group proudly represents more than 13 per cent of all sales in NSW/ACT, more than double our nearest competitor. This echoes our firm belief in the power of auctions,” Mr Snell said.

“We preside over one in every five auctions in the state. Yet, it’s not solely about these numbers – it’s about the relationships we build with one another and our clients through the process; it’s about nurturing growth from within and beyond expectation outcomes. We work hard to continually stay in the lead. Our talent development, peer attraction, and strategic mergers have paved the way for our continued evolution.

“We are not merely a family by name; we are all on this journey together.

“Each success celebrated by one is a victory for us all. Let us draw strength from one another and rise to embrace any future challenges collectively. This is our legacy. We share our aspirations.”

The highly coveted Top City Office Award in NSW | ACT went to the high performing Ray White Upper North Shore office again.

David Walker of Ray White Upper North Shore received the time honoured CEO’s Cup.

Mr Snell said the award has always been his favourite of the night as it is earned not won.

“His leadership extends beyond the four walls of their own business, and finds its way to the betterment of the brand and all of its members.

“This award is not won from a singular achievement, but repetition of selfless acts, giving gladly without expectation of return and providing a level of influence far beyond the expectations of the regular individual.

“He embodies the leadership principles of Ray White ambition courage, trust and energy.”
“He holds his team and his network to a higher standard but will never ask more than he would give himself twice over.”

Director David Walker thanked the White Family, his friends in the group and his team.

“There’s a lot of people I want to thank, first and foremost is the White family. The longer that I’m in the group, the more I come to understand how much you do for us and how much support you give us and most importantly, how much you care. I want to say thank you for that,” Mr Walker said.
