Last year my son and daughter purchased a unit each in Hornsby, both of which were to be rented out for about a year. We contacted Lorraine who arranged for all the paperwork and allocated property managers to find suitable tenants and so on.
My wife and I own a large number of properties in NSW and Queensland which have been rented out for many, many years and thus we deal with and have dealt with many property managers over the last 40 or so years. Most are average, some we have sacked because of incompetence and a handful are exceptionally good. Lorraine is one of the exceptionally good ones. She clearly has a huge amount of knowledge about her business and and takes a lot of pride in her work. Lorraine is a total professional and she is always available to discuss various matters.

It is such a pleasure dealing with someone like Lorraine, and I hope that you as the General Manager appreciate what a top notch employee you have in her.

I switched from another big agency to Luke’s team recently. The property was vacated for a while, and couldn’t get tenants. Luke has been super professional and kept me updated timely about the progress of getting a tenant into my property. I felt so lucky to have him, and it is a great decision to switch to him! Luke is very polite and professional. Most importantly, he will discuss and find solutions whenever I have concerns or issues happen and will provide very comprehensive analysis and advice for me to make decisions.

Luke’s team is very efficient as well. I will get a notice when an inspection is booked and there will be progress report about who came for inspections and feedback and whether they wanted to apply. It gave me peace of mind as they are on top of everything. I remember my previous experience that I have to chase up things with agency and ask for updates, and I have to worry about everything.

If there is a 6-star ranking, I will give Luke 6 stars. He is exactly what landlords want, a comprehensive and professional service provider with a warm heart and great personality. I’ve come across so many agents this before in NSW, so I had actual experience of comparison to make my comments. And I will highly recommend him to my friends.

A breath of fresh air

I don’t normally spend time writing emails to employers about their staff, but I felt compelled to do so in this instance. We are empty nesters, who recently sold our home in Cottage Point. We were looking to rent somewhere on the North Shore while we figure out what we want to do with the rest of our lives.  I was absolutely dreading the process of being treated as a second class (rental) citizen, as that had been my experience renting property some thirty years ago.  After making several enquiry calls to a number of ‘property managers’, my fears were confirmed. We were interested in inspecting 1A Bareena Ave and agreed to meet the property manager there last Saturday.   Much to our delight, Isabella was a breath of fresh air.  She was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable.
