Ray White Upper North Shore Current COVID-19 Policies

*UPDATE AS OF 25th MARCH 2020*
As the current situation changes rapidly we are adapting every day to ensure we can continue to provide our service to our clients while keeping them, our staff and the community safe. All our properties remain open for inspection, by private appointment. Buyers can call the listing agent and arrange a time to view the property, this also applies to Property Management. Now more than ever, housing is essential and homes are our sanctuary, we have clients who need to buy, need to sell, and need a home to rent. Virtual inspections, virtual auctions and virtual appraisals are all an option – we’re just a phone call away to discuss how we can help facilitate a safe way to do this.”

Ray White Upper North Shore is committed to providing a safe environment for our customers to inspect and buy property.  We have developed a policy to ensure that we respect all government recommendations for such environments, and understand our responsibility to minimise risk to our customers and the community through the conduct of our business.

Property Inspection Policy:

When arranging or conducting PRIVATE inspections, our agents will undertake the following:

  • Check that the occupants are not ill, self-isolating or under quarantine before arranging and attending.
  • Arrange with the owner to prepare the property for contactless inspections.  Have key drawers, pantries and wardrobes open and ready to view.
  • Inspections will be arranged by appointment only. As a condition of entry, we require attendees to indicate that they are not ill, self-isolating or under quarantine and have not returned from overseas in the last 14 days.
  • Have hand sanitisers available at the entry of the property.
  • Brochures, recent sales and the contract of sale will all be available to be sent via email rather than physically handed to clients. There will be some brochures available on display that you can choose to take.
  • Prohibit physical contact, including shaking hands.
  • Observe ‘social distancing’ protocols of staying 2m away from others wherever possible.
  • Open as many doors and windows as possible to minimise the need for attendees to do the same.  Attendees are to be encouraged not to touch. Have cutlery or appliance drawers, pantry and wardrobes open.

Auction Policy:

Physical Auctions (inrooms or onsite) will not take place until further notice. We will revert to an online Auction platform until further notice. Check the live listings for updates.
