Ray White is set to become a dominant force on the Northern Beaches with the addition of leading agent Julian Rowe (pictured above) to the Ray White Northern Beaches office.
The move is a homecoming for Mr Rowe who has more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, beginning at the former Ray White Lane Cove office. Having worked across multiple Sydney luxury markets as well as experience selling Palazzo Versace Residences in the D1 Tower, Dubai, he is excited to finally be back under the Ray White banner.
“To me, this is where I belong and I am thrilled to be coming home to Ray White,” Mr Rowe said.
“There has been no Ray White in Manly for over a decade so it is exciting to re-commence in an area where Ray White had a very strong presence in the area for many years.
“The wonderful culture at Ray White, which is truly visible in all aspects of the business, the Australia-wide and global access to buyers and streamlined systems is what drew me back to the group.”
As one of the only agents operating on the Northern Beaches with international experience, Mr Rowe has a wealth of experience dealing with high net worth clients which has enabled him to hone his negotiation skills.
“I fully understand the psychology of negotiation and always keep in mind that we are in a people business and everyone deserves to be treated with respect and integrity. My team and I never lose sight of the fact that we must have an ‘it’s my pleasure attitude’,” he said.
“It’s important to leave your ego at the door, we are helping people with, most of the time, the sale or purchase of their biggest asset. This is not a privilege we take lightly and the opportunity to truly help people is the most rewarding part.”
While Mr Rowe began his career on the Lower North Shore, when he re-commenced his career in Australia, he said he was drawn to the Northern Beaches.
“I love the Northern Beaches! When I came back to Australia it was very much a choice to operate in the Northern Beaches, and the beauty of Manly, Seaforth, Clontarf, Balgowlah Heights and Fairlight is truly breathtaking,” he said.
“There are some areas in Seaforth, Clontarf and Balgowlah Heights that you can feel like you are a ‘million miles away’ from humanity and yet you drive 10 minutes and you are in Manly and another 15 mins and you are in the heart of the Sydney CBD.
“The clients on the Northern Beaches are lovely. As soon as you drive over the Spit Bridge, there is a feeling of serenity, peace and beauty,” he said.
Mr Rowe’s team including Jess Fedrigo, Jake Gould and Anne Essex have also joined Ray White Northern Beaches to support the top performer.
The team have already hit the ground running with several notable listings already coming under the Ray White Northern Beaches office banner including a sought after renovated bungalow at 12 Boyle St, Balgowlah(pictured above) set for auction in the coming weeks. The property has been popular with a range of buyers including couples, families, and even downsizers from the Upper North Shore looking for a beach side seachange.
Ray White Upper North Shore and Northern Beaches director David Walker welcomed Mr Rowe to the group.
“We have created a business of attraction at Ray White Upper North Shore and are now focused on bringing our winning formula of high performance and excellent culture to the Northern Beaches region,” Mr Walker said.
“We’re excited to be recruiting exceptional talent like Julian to the Ray White Northern Beaches team.”
Fellow director Charles Caravousanos said the recent opening of the Ray White Northern Beaches office coupled with bringing Mr Rowe into the team is the missing link for the top Sydney operators.
“Julian’s experience, his focus on creating a great culture and his market leading expertise will perfectly position us to become a dominant force on the Northern Beaches,” Mr Caravousanos said.
“Our database of Upper North Shore buyers will support our Northern Beaches agents by giving them the greatest opportunity to connect with the largest pool of prospective buyers.”
