Ray White Upper North Shore Ranked 12th Top Sales Office in Australia

By Sarah Bell

Ray White Upper North Shore has secured the 12th spot in the Real Estate Business (REB) Top 50 Sales Offices 2024 ranking.

Now in its 12th year, the REB Top 50 Sales Offices independent ranking sets the benchmark for excellence that other Australian residential real estate agents can see and emulate.

The ranking is an initiative of the leading resource for the real estate industry, REB, produced by award-winning media business Momentum Media. The research was undertaken by research arm Agile Market Intelligence.

To determine the ranking and compare it to the previous year’s performance, REB asked agents to supply a CRM verification document that clearly outlined the following information for the 2022–23 financial year:

  • Total number of listings
  • Total number of settled sales
  • Total value of settlements
  • Average days on market
  • Number of staff as at the end of FY23

All data was verified by Agile Market Intelligence to ensure accuracy.

Agile Market Intelligence director Michael Johnson said this year’s REB Top 50 Sales Offices ranking and settlement numbers highlight the ability of real estate agents across Australia to adapt to changing market conditions, while consistently outperforming themselves year after year.

“I applaud every office and its real estate teams for always prioritising the needs of their customers and dedicating themselves to achieving the best results for their vendors and buyers,” Mr Johnson said.

“It takes years of dedication for real estate offices to carve a presence in their local area and the offices in this year’s rankings have demonstrated that they have done that with aplomb.”

REB editor Grace Ormsby commented that the REB Top 50 Sales Offices are the pre-eminent ranking that champions real estate teams across Australia who have gone above and beyond for their clients and secured strong settlement figures in FY23.

“This year’s ranking showcases the depth of talent that exists in Australian real estate and highlights the achievements of teams who have worked consistently to achieve strong results for their clients,” Ms Ormsby said.

“I’d like to congratulate all the sales offices that have clinched a ranking this year. Your commitment to building a local presence and excelling in your field deserves to be celebrated.”
