Strategy specialist Charles Caravousanos (pictured above) has stepped up to director at the group’s top performing office, Ray White Upper North Shore.
Mr Caravousanos will add director to his title along with general manager of the office, joining founder and fellow director David Walker. The born and bred north shore local has brought a wealth of knowledge to Ray White Upper North Shore after more than 25 years in the business.
Since beginning with the office in 2022, Mr Caravousanos’ energy and leadership has been instrumental in further embedding Ray White Upper North Shore as a business of attraction.
“My specialty is implementing strategy and structure to facilitate growth in a business,” Mr Caravousanos said.
“We are building a business that people want to be a part of. We offer training, support and are helping develop our sales team to bolster our market share in our core areas. We’ve also been able to cement our dominance in the top end market.
“In my more than two decades in the industry, I have never worked with a franchise group that offers the support, training and culture that Ray White offers. We are big on culture and values in this business and that is strongly aligned with Ray White.”
Last year, Ray White Upper North Shore was named the best performing business at the group’s international awards and continued to dominate the leaderboards over the second half of 2022. Mr Caravousanos said their goal for 2023 is to maintain their number one position and to continue to grow and expand within the upper north shore area.
Ray White Upper North Shore director David Walker said Mr Caravousanos’ progression within the top office was a natural step.
